Main idea's from the storyboard

In the first shot, we're going to have a long shot of a character walking towards the camera. The shot angle will be an eye level shot.
When the character enters the medium shot out into the next shot, a cut will be used to do this.

In the second shot there will be a close up of the first characters legs. The character will contiune walking down a corridoor, Just the characters legs will be within the frame. Also a dissolve will be used to show how far the characters walked and to slow time change. The length of this shot will be no longer than seven seconds, as the dissove should add the time change, although once we start filming this shot length may change.

In the third shot the same character will be walking along a different coradoor, and the shot will start as an ELS. The camera movment will pan across as the character walks until the character arrives at the door, this shot will be the 'match on action' shot. The characters body will hide the door handle but the auidence will be able to see the character reaching to open the door. Next will cut to the following shot.

In the fourth shot the 180 degree will be used aswell as the shot reverse shot, which includes all three continuity editing needed with this sequence. This shot will also include the dialogue as the two characters are talking. The dialogue used will be something like, "I've got your christmas present" - First character. And the second character who will be sitting in the room saying " Is this it??!" and then throws the present across the room and out of the shot. Next to end the sequence a fade will be added to the film. Hopefully this should add suspence of what happens next.

- changes may need to be made?
